Revealing China - Images of China - Photo CD

The photographs on this CD offer an insight into three significant cities in China , namely  Beijing, Shanghai and Xian,  highlighting  the vastness and the variety of a country that is home to 1.3 billion people.

 

The images may be used on a PC for individual enquiry work where they can be imported into reports, articles or stories. Alternatively they could be used on a white or smart board during an introductory or plenary session and act as a stimuli for discussion. 

 

Pupils may be encouraged to explore what the images are portraying. The images may be annotated, cropped, added to and speech bubbles or captions inserted.
